Jason Heywood Promoted to President of DroneView Technologies
Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, February 16, 2021 – DroneView Technologies announced today that Jason Heywood, a Certified Photogrammetrist, has been promoted to president of DroneView Technologies, a newly created position.
Jason has spent the past 25 years in aerial mapping and geospatial services. Jason joined DroneView in 2016 as Director of Business Development and was promoted to Vice President in 2018.

Jason started his professional career as a photogrammetrist at Air Land Surveys in Flint MI and then spent ten years as an aerial mapping project manager at Aerocon Photogrammetric Services (headquartered in Willoughby Ohio).
He has overseen thousands of projects, providing image and LiDAR acquisition, photogrammetric processing and delivery of high accuracy mapping products. Jason received his MS in geography from Eastern Michigan University and his BA in geography from Staffordshire University in England.
